Terms of Service
Last updated: October 20, 2026
These terms apply to your use of weeksafter.com and any plan you buy from WeeksAfter, operated by [ADD: legal company name] ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them.
What WeeksAfter is
WeeksAfter creates an organizing guide based on your answers. It gives general information only. It is not legal, tax, financial or medical advice, and it is not a will or any other legal document. We are not a law firm. Laws differ by state and change over time. Talk to a licensed professional about your situation.
Purchases
- All prices are one-time charges in U.S. dollars. There is no subscription.
- Your plan is delivered as a PDF right after payment, by download and by email. Your download link stays active so you can download the plan again.
- The Guided Plan includes one 45-minute video consultation, to be booked within [ADD: e.g. 90] days of purchase, and email support for 30 days. The consultation is general planning help, not legal advice.
Refunds
[ADD: your refund policy. Example: "If you're not happy with your plan, email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund."]
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate answers. Your plan is only as good as the answers you give.
- Don't enter passwords, account numbers or other secrets on our site.
- Keep your plan safe. Anyone with your download link can open your plan.
Use of our content
Your plan is for your personal and family use. You may print it and share it with your family, executor and advisors. You may not resell it or copy our content for commercial use.
Limits on our liability
We provide the site and plans "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that results from relying on a plan, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [ADD: state].
