What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, state, and your answers to our questionnaire. Our questions ask what types of accounts you have, not account numbers or passwords. Please don't enter those anywhere on our site.
- Payment information: Stripe processes all payments. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe shares with us the amount paid, the email used and the last four digits of the card.
- Usage data: basic, cookie-free visit statistics through Cloudflare Web Analytics.
How we use it
- To build your plan and deliver it to you by download and email.
- To send the free checklist and occasional planning tips, if you asked for them. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To provide the consultation and support included in the Guided Plan.
- To keep records of sales for tax and accounting purposes.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run the site: Cloudflare (hosting and database), Stripe (payments) and Resend (email). They process data only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep your plan so you can download it again later. We keep sales records as long as tax law requires. You can ask us to delete your plan and email address at any time.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop all emails. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have more rights under state law. We honor those requests for all users.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limit access to stored data. No system is perfectly secure, which is one more reason we never ask for passwords or account numbers.
Children
WeeksAfter is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. For major changes we'll email customers.
